1. Products & made-to-order production
All apparel is made to order. Production and shipping can take up to 10–12 business days. Delivery estimates are good-faith estimates, not guarantees. Inventory shortages can create back orders; affected customers are notified by email with options to wait, substitute, or refund.
2. Orders & payment
All prices are in USD. Payment is due in full at checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order (with full refund) due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, or supply issues.
3. Returns
Sized items are final sale as described in our Refund & Returns Policy. Defective or incorrect items are replaced or refunded.
4. Sizing
Garment measurements are published on every product page. Choosing the correct size is the customer's responsibility; we provide charts and guidance to make that easy.
5. School affiliation
Bellmark Schoolwear is an independent, family-owned business. School names are used to organize approved uniform items and do not imply school district endorsement unless expressly stated.
6. Intellectual property
All site content, branding, and designs are the property of Bellmark Schoolwear and may not be reproduced without permission.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bellmark Schoolwear's liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
8. Changes
