All Bellmark items are made to order — produced specifically for your student after you place your order. Because of this:
All sales are final on sized items
We cannot accept returns or exchanges on sized apparel. Every product page includes real garment measurements for every size — please measure a garment that fits well at home and compare it to the chart before ordering.
Defective or incorrect items
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery at bellmarkschoolwear@gmail.com with your order number and photos. We will replace the item or refund you in full — your choice.
Back-ordered items
If an inventory shortage creates a back order on your item, you may choose to wait, substitute a comparable item, or receive a full refund for the affected item.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase, before production begins. After production starts, orders cannot be cancelled.
